OneBOSS is a Houston-based team of IT veterans, engineers, serial entrepreneurs and hands-on operators. We started the company to give organizations one accountable partner for the systems they depend on, a partner that understands the business as well as the technology.

Lean and nimble by design.

We have spent our careers inside large programs: global carrier networks, enterprise systems rollouts, franchise systems with thousands of locations. We've seen how much value gets lost between strategy, vendors and implementation teams.

OneBOSS closes those gaps. We stay small and senior on purpose, so we can change direction quickly, go deep on the details and stay with what we build. We help clients get the most from the systems and operations they already have, and we use automation and AI to make everyday work faster and more reliable.

Stephen Myers

Chief Executive Officer · Co-founder

Stephen brings more than 25 years of global experience in IT, telecom, strategy and operations consulting, and entrepreneurship. He has led multi-million-dollar international IT implementations, systems integration, software development, sourcing and PMOs. Over his career he has designed, sourced, negotiated and implemented more than $2 billion in enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, CRM) and IT transport services, and has saved clients millions through innovation, negotiation and cost control.

Before co-founding OneBOSS, Stephen was Founder and Managing Partner of TeleFlex Networks, and before that he built his career at Deloitte Consulting. At Deloitte he helped design the first-of-its-kind roaming wireless network for the World Trade Center recovery after 9/11, and he led the design and implementation of the first IP-based global banking network.

Ethan Dunham

Chief Operating Officer · Co-founder

Ethan is an organizational and operational leader with more than 25 years of experience. He built leadership and talent programs for two PE-backed healthcare organizations, then founded and led a strategy and operations consultancy whose clients included Fortune 100 companies, national law firms and major research universities.

At SERVPRO, a Blackstone portfolio company and the leader in disaster cleanup and restoration, Ethan led transformation initiatives across more than 2,000 franchise locations that helped grow system capacity by more than $200 million in the first year. A serial entrepreneur, he has operating experience in healthcare, IT and telecom, construction, restoration, education and hospitality.

Kyle Olexa

VP, Customer Service

Kyle is a technical and customer-solutions expert who learned the work from the ground up. He started in field installations and Tier 1 support, moved into network engineering and Tier 2 support, and spent six years at TeleFlex Networks. There he monitored and maintained enterprise client networks, led the team's response to alerts and escalations, and then managed operations across Tier 3 support, network and VoIP engineering and end-user training.

At OneBOSS, Kyle leads service delivery, incident monitoring, problem resolution, change management and customer satisfaction, so the people who built your platform are also the people who support it.
